Shipping Information

Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide, with very few exceptions. If by some chance we’re not able to ship to your country, we’ll be in touch with you very soon after your order. You will be refunded fully right away.

What are the shipping costs?

We are happy to inform you that all shipping is free of charge temporarily.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Shipping to PO boxes is only possible in the Netherlands. Shipping to PO boxes in other countries is currently unavailable.

Do you offer express shipping?

How do I track my order?

After your order an email will be sent to the email address provided, notifying you of shipping and providing you with tracking information.

How long does delivery take?

Time of delivery depends on your country of origin. In general, delivery times are as follows:

Netherlands: next business day.
Europe: 2-3 days.
Outside EU: 3-12 days.


What is your return policy?
